I’ve been obsessed with Georgia’s classes since the very first one I attended. She brings such positive and welcoming energy, and I always leave feeling stronger after every class. Her classes are the perfect mix of balance, strength, and creativity, helping me build a deeper connection with my body and grow stronger each time.

Georgia’s classes are challenging yet accessible to all levels, thanks to the thoughtful layers and progressions she offers. I leave every class feeling empowered and accomplished. Her flows are seamless, her energy is incredibly motivating, and her classes are seriously addictive!

My favourite pilates class to attend! Georgia is a warm and welcoming as she guides you through the pilates movements, pushing you to be mentally strong to achieve physical discipline. I've developed a new love for Pilates since attending Georgia's classes. I started Pilates after a 2-3 month break due to a wrist operation. Georgia’s classes have helped me gain my strength and confidence back both physically & mentally. Although classes can be challenging, Georgia offers many exercise substitutions for movements which can be too hard on my wrist. Her classes are fun and a great way to start off my Sunday mornings.

After doing my first class with Georgia, it was clear she is passionate about what she does. The class was instructed meticulously, with progressions/regressions to suit all levels of experience. I couldn’t recommend Georgia highly enough as an instructor !

I’m currently a coach at F45 Kardinya and we had Georgia in to hold a Corporate Matwork Pilates class for our members and she delivered as always. The workout was challenging, but in all the right ways! For myself, and my members, people who regularly lift weights and your typical cardio sessions - it was a nice change and is something we try and implement as much as possible now! Knowledge of the ins and outs of Pilates and the body is second to none. 10/10 would recommend Georgia.
