SWEAT: Moderate Impact, high energy, interval style sweat. Focusing on light resistance based cardio, endurance & maximised burn.

STRETCH: A full body relaxation to release, stretch & let go. Focusing on relieving areas of discomfort and tension throughout the body.

STUDIO COVERS

Offering Pilates classes for individuals and businesses throughout Perth, WA.

From new product launches, to guest appearances at events. Participants will be guided through a 30-45 minute full body energising class, helping to build strength and endurance both individually and as a team.

No matter the fitness level, age or body type - the classes I facilitate are matched to your fitness level, from introductory matwork to a more challenging intermediate class.

1:1 TRAINING

One on one training is a personalised workout just for you. We go through strengthening exercises, injury prevention and work towards your personal goals. At the core of all 1:1 training is the invitation to let go of stress, have fun and learn to move your body the way it feels good all while being in a non-judgemental space.

GROUP TRAINING

Group training is for groups of 2 or more wanting to mix up their usual social routine with a bit of fun on the mat. Suitable for all ages, body types and strengths, the group training can be used as a connection building activity or just a way to let off steam with some friends. I personalise the rhythm and difficulty to each group so you can find your own tempo.
